2018-2019 — Website Redesign
Philadelphia Museum of Art
Role: Product Design Lead, UX Designer
Client: Philadelphia Museum of Art, Pentagram
From buying tickets to conducting research for a school project or wayfinding around the museum, the redesign of philamuseum.org had to support a diverse set of user actions. These user actions became essential in getting right for the broader visitor experience to go well.
I led the visual design portion and did a deep dive into what it would mean to reorganize the content on the former site. I took insights from UX workshops and turned them into fully fleshed-out concepts for the site design. I collaborated with many internal museum departments to gain feedback throughout. When it was time to review the concepts, I met with Paula Scher of Pentagram to ensure the consistency of the brand system.
