Driveway

A project that started with the statement
“How might we reimagine the way Americans trade, sell, and buy cars?” and from the many angles and lenses’ of that question — we birthed Driveway. The online car-buying machine is built from a combination of front and backstage apps and digital touchpoints making it all work. A design team of four was solely dedicated to wrangling the system and designing the entire service experience.

Through an exhaustive rebrand, the Toledo Museum of Art had the opportunity to build on their history and completely reshape the entire museum-going experience. I led user experience and content strategy of toledomuseum.org, getting to the core of the visitor journey and honoring the expected seamlessness of experiences.

As product designer at Royal Caribbean Cruise lines, I focused on an MVP version of an employee-facing Android app. The project was a deep dive into defining the information stateroom attendants need to maximize attentiveness towards guests.

Philadelphia Museum of Art

The gut wrenching once-in-a-career opportunity of collaborating with brand designer goddess, Paula Scher, of Pentagram, was a major highlight of designing philamuseum.org. Witnessing reactions to the site post-launch was another. I led stakeholders and internal staff through UX and visual design in creating a stunning website that allows art to shine on and off screen.
